These terms govern use of the store, orders, payment, delivery, complaints and withdrawal. Customers can review these terms before placing an order.
3. Products and prices
Key product features, ingredients, net quantity, origin and preparation instructions are shown on the product page. Images are illustrative, and natural agricultural products may vary slightly in appearance. The current price, currency, tax, shipping charge and other mandatory costs are displayed before the customer confirms payment.
4. Placing an order
The customer selects products, enters the required information, chooses delivery and payment, and confirms the order. A contract is formed when the store accepts the order and sends confirmation. We may decline an order because of an obvious pricing error, lack of stock, suspected misuse or inability to deliver; any amount paid will then be refunded.
5. Payment

6. Delivery

We may request photographs or other information needed to review the claim. Complaints are handled in line with applicable consumer law.
9. Accounts and acceptable use
Customers are responsible for keeping login details confidential and information accurate. Interfering with the store, collecting data automatically without permission, attempting unauthorised access or using the site unlawfully is prohibited.
10. Governing law and disputes
Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a dispute amicably. Any choice of governing law does not deprive a consumer of protection under mandatory laws of their country of habitual residence. Courts have jurisdiction as provided by applicable law.
